These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Venom VPN website and service (the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Venom VPN provides a VPN connectivity service using the VLESS + Reality protocol. Access is provided on a subscription basis for the plan duration you purchase (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Venom VPN does not knowingly permit use of the Service for illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, distribution of malware, or infringement of third-party rights. You are solely responsible for how you use your internet access, with or without a VPN.
Your subscription is personal to you. You agree not to resell or redistribute your access credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, including abuse of the Service, attempts to circumvent fair-use limits, or fraudulent payment activity.
The Service is provided "as is". While we design the Service for reliability and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly in environments with active, evolving network interference. We make no warranty that the Service will be effective against every possible blocking method in every jurisdiction at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venom VPN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Gumroad). Your subscription renews automatically for the plan period you selected unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment processor's account management tools. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service to any user, at our discretion, for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
